" Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life (Romans 6:4) "
The Apostle Paul, in the verse above, uses a special construction that stresses the fact that the new creation—the man who’s born again—has received "a newness of life." This doesn’t refer to one’s life being refreshed, reworked, reformed or renovated; it describes a new quality of life; a different kind of life—the God-life. It’s an expression that describes a supplanting of the old life (from your earthly parents), with the life in Christ; it’s a new life altogether!
When you were born again, your natural human life was not suspended; it was actually replaced with the life of God. No one can be said to be a Christian until there’s first been a supplanting of the old life with which he was born by his biological parents with the divine life of God. This is the reason we can live supernaturally in the earth (John 10:35), because being born of God, we have His life in us. This is authentic Christianity.
2 Corinthians 5:17 says, "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." Being a new creation isn’t just referring to a new life in terms of timing, because it just started, it particularly means a new life in terms of quality and type! You’re a new type of man.
According to the Scriptures, when Jesus died, you died with Him, When He was buried, you were buried with Him; now that He’s resurrected, you’ve also arisen with Him into a newness of life. You’ve been called into a new life of success, glory and excellence. Walk in this consciousness !

Trust you Guys had a wonderful week.
This is the text of a message I was led to preach in my church. This is just a Teaser.
You can munch on it later on in your private meditations and whet your appetite.
1Peter 2:23, 25 – Being BORN AGAIN –of the incorruptible - of the Word of God which liveth and abideth forever. This is the WORD which by the Gospel was preached unto you.
This verse talks to us about BEING BORN A SECOND TIME, which tells us something. We had to DIE sometime to be BORN a SECOND TIME. We are those who went through a BIRTH PROCESS and like the first time we were born, many of us don't know how it happened!
Herein lies the secret to a World Defying Power.
We are BORN of the WORD of GOD – The basic essence of our being is the WORD of GOD. That is the BASIC BUILDING BLOCK of our NEW EXISTENCE. The WORD OF GOD!
Let me take you to another familiar area of the Scripture
John 1:1,14 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
And the Word was made flesh.
Hurray – We been Born of the WORD!! The same way as JESUS; the Word of GOD! This awesome similarity will help us grasp this awesome truth
Verse 25 in 1 Peter 2 says This Word came to us in the Gospel which was preached unto us!
Our Lord and Master Jesus says in
John 15:1,5 – I am the true vine _ ye are the branches-
The life in the vine is the life in the branches. We have the same SAP as the VINE. We exhibit the same nature as that of the VINE. We have all those characteristics as that of the VINE. Whatever life flows in the VINE, flows in the BRANCHES
.Whatever the VINE
can do , the BRANCHES can do . Whatever is true of the the VINE is true of the BRANCHES. Glory to God !! We cannot produce Mangoes while the Vine produces GRAPES!
OH Friends do you see this truth _ We are the platform for the manifestation of the Life of God _ the Holy Spirit IN US !!!
We have a life above SIN , a life above SICKNESS , a life above the Poverty of this WORLD a life just like GOD's.
Jesus said I have come that they may have Zoe – the God kinda life- the abundance of God in them.
No longer call yourself poor , no longer call yourself sick ,no longer call out for deliverance. We been borne different . A difference that is incorruptible at its core – by the Word of God which lives and abides for ever. We are eternal beings . Our Spirit will know no decay no corruption, coz we been born of the INCORRUPTIBLE WORD !
I pray that the eyes of our heart will be opened to this awesome truth!
2 Peter 1:4 _ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
YES here we have it again _ WE are partakers of the divine nature_ YES FRIENDS that's our NATURE _ DIVINE!!!
